Poulsbo bakery Sweets & Savories specializes in a blend of European style desserts with American inspiration. It uses quality ingredients to make a quality product and is committed to quality craftsmanship and fresh ingredients.

At Sweets & Savories, your cake will be designed for you. It can be unique or traditional and will be made with only the finest ingredients. The bakery uses Cacao Barry and Callebaut chocolates, Tahitian vanilla beans, seasonal fruits and nuts, sweet butter, pure cream and premium liqueurs. Fruit preserves & glazes, citrus curds, custards, mousses, truffle fillings and buttercreams, as well as confections such as praline, nougat, caramel and candied edible flowers are made to order.

Sweets & Savories can finish your cake with fresh flower and piped designs and has offered wedding cakes around the Puget Sound since 1992.
