First-ever open house showcases the chef's fine foods.
Last night's open house featured fabulous, freshly cooked seafood, mojitas, and other fine foods by ARAMARK's chef and his staff. Frei Brothers Reserve and Louis M. Martini offered delicious beverages. There was a colorful cheese tray with a selection of colorful cheeses, fresh blueberries, raspberries and wine grapes, and a scattering of fresh flowers. The servers at the convention center were attentive and friendly. The AV Factory provided the lighting and audio-visual effects in the ballroom. Adam's DJ Service played the tunes: Dean, Frank, and Motown tunes for the last hour. The South Sound Wedding Show - Tacoma will be at the Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center, Sept. 26 - 27.
